After googling for a bit I'm not even entirely sure I need one, and like I said, my gaming experience has been stable, so far all my mods seem to be functioning properly and levelled lists seem to be working properly as well. Like I said, I just used the generic 4GB patcher, patched FalloutNV.exe, FalloutNVlauncher.exe and nvse_launcher.exe (basically just everything because I didn't know what I was doing ), and I haven't had any problems since.
